SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • As per the Shipping policy, Bright Gems does not offer a COD option.

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above INR 15,000 (approx. $ 200).

  • International Free Express Shipping takes 2-5 days for delivery and is available on all orders above INR 2,00,000 (approx USD 2690 as of 30-July-2021).

  • All Express shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL & TNT

  • For International orders below INR 2,00,000 (approx. USD 2690):

    •   -in the countries where the EMS shipping facility is available, a shipping amount of INR 2100 (approx. $30) will be applicable on the order value of below INR 40,000 (USD 537).

    •   -For International orders of INR 40,000 (USD 537) and above, shipping charges of INR 4200 (approx. $55) will be applicable on shipments dispatched via Express and EMS shipping facilities.

  • In countries where an EMS shipping facility is not available, we dispatch the orders via reputed International Express Shipping service providers such as UPS, FedEx, Sequel. For international orders below INR 40,000 (USD 537) dispatched via Express Shipping, a shipping amount of INR 3100 (approx. $40) will be applicable. For orders of INR 40,000 (USD 537) and above, Express Shipping will cost around Rs.4200 (approx. $55).

  • EMS shipping service (trackable) is available in over 50+ countries/territories including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Nepal and it typically delivers in 9-12 days.

  • All Express shipments are sent through reputed Express delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, Sequel (mostly trackable) that typically deliver within 2 to 5 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Bright Gems offers a very transparent and simple 10 Days Return & Replacements policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:

  • 1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

  • 2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Bright Gems team.

  • 3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy

  • 4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within the 10 Day period by meeting the above conditions. Note: Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable. 

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money. You can however, you can place a return request with 10 (Ten) days of delivery to request for a store credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your jewelry order, Bright Gems will deduct making charges of 25% off the total purchase price.

If your jewelry order cost is more than 25% of your purchase and you cancel your order, Bright Gems will deduct the jewelry costs.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Bright Gems will deduct the certification cost.

Important Notes:

  • - Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

  • - Return Shipment is at customer's cost

  • - Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards;  For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)

  • - Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

  • - Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
